Responsibilities Responsible for all finance functions including financial budgeting and reporting, internal controls, commercial project management, business administration. Responsible for P&L, balance sheet and cash performance, all financial related activities, risk management and accuracy of books & records. Develop and monitor forecasts in the levels of P&L, balance sheet and cash, handling different financial aspects of the business. Ensure commercial adherence to the PM@Siemens methodology Actively drive and engage in all strategic topics (Growth initiatives, HC investment, etc.) to ensure all financial aspects are considered at any business decision. Responsibility will be the execution of all segment relevant activities including the multiyear strategic growth plan where responsible for controlling, tracking and reporting to ensure the growth plan is achieved. Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, planning and forecasting, cost and trend reports in order to improve the results of the organization Support the sales organization in securing favorable commercial terms; communicates with customers representatives and manages solving of commercial issues. Support and collaborate with global Advanta team for key strategy, growth and financial improvement projects Identify opportunities to improve profit margins, drive process improvements and cash optimization Encourage/Drive cross collaboration and communication between all stakeholders Work closely with technical partners to balance customer commitments & expectations with the best interest of the business Serve as key liaison with all Advanta U.S. and Global stakeholders Required Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. (Master’s degree a plus) 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience with SAP and other tools (ex. Hyperion, Tableau…) Experience in utilizing the Controlling principles and responsibilities as per PM@Siemens MethodologyStrong financial, leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Highly developed analytical skills and detail-oriented work style.
