As such he/she will be responsible for all financial & controlling matters, with focus on growth, productivity and efficiency to drive profit and cash performance. Responsibilities Responsible for all finance functions including financial budgeting and reporting, internal controls, commercial project management, business administration. Responsible for P&L, balance sheet and cash performance, all financial related activities, risk management and accuracy of books & records. Develop and monitor forecasts in the levels of P&L, balance sheet and cash, handling different financial aspects of the business. Provide expert analysis and evaluations on financial, accounting, planning and forecasting, cost and trend reports in order to improve the results of the organization Support the sales organization in securing favorable commercial terms; communicates with customers representatives and manages solving of commercial issues. Support and collaborate with global Advanta team for key strategy, growth and financial improvement projects Identify opportunities to improve profit margins, drive process improvements and cash optimization Encourage/Drive cross collaboration and communication between all stakeholders Work closely with technical partners to balance customer commitments & expectations with the best interest of the business Serve as mentor / lead to broader Advanta U.S. finance functions Serve as key liaison with all Advanta U.S. and Global stakeholders Required Skills, Knowledge, Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. Master’s degree a plus. 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting including commercial project mgmt Experience with SAP or similar integrated financial system Strong financial, leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Candidate will be goal and results oriented Ability to work in a fast passed and dynamically changing environment Demonstrates strong financial partnering skills and entrepreneurial spirit Experience supporting contract / bid process from a financial perspective Travel required approximately 10% Can you see yourself, learning, growing, and succeeding here?
