Job Description
Our client is a European company in the food industry. To support their fast growth in China and their development, they are recruiting a Commercial Manager for China, based in Shanghai.
This position is reporting to the GM China and to the APAC Export Director.

Job Description:

- Nurture the relationship with existing distributors in China by ensuring a regular contact and close cooperation
- Organize a challenging and relevant action-plan to develop our sub-distribution network to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across China
- Provide accurate market feedbacks to constantly adapt the products range to the insights
- Liaise with internal teams to fully benefit from the group’s support: Product Development, - Central Marketing, International Key Accounts, etc.
- Recruit, train and manage a regional sales team
- Manage the commercial P&L and drive the regional sales team to achieve the growth targets.

Qualifications:

- Degree in business, international commerce, logistic or related disciplines
- At least 10 years-experience in commercial management in China
- Experience in the Food industry
- Ability to work in autonomy, but also to integrate within a team made of International & multi-cultural profiles
- Good organization skills
- Proficiency in using all Ms Office tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Language & communication: good interpersonal skills in Chinese and English (written, spoken and read).
