Our client is a growing Health Product related business with a focus on providing safe and effective natural and organic foods and health products to provide greater vitality, address deficiencies and maintain whole body health. They are not here for the fashionable quick fix or the quick profit. The business believes in a holistic approach and has sets its goal to be a global company seen as the most trusted and respected whole body Health Company. They are now looking to hire a Commercial Director to support the grow of the brand in the APAC region including the China market.

About the role:
This is a regional Commercial Director role, accountable for developing the channel, retail customer, distributor, country, and trade strategic plan. Developing and delivering the International sales and distribution plans starting with Australia.
As part of the leadership team this role will lead the development of the sales and distribution strategy and execution to generate the growth, consumer touch points, brand strength, globalization, and profitability.
Partnering with the CEO and executive team to deliver on priorities and allocation of resources and development to ensure that the global roadmap of the Brands is achieved in a sustainable way that ensures long term success.
The Commercial Director will also look at current product offering, re-positioning and build a range to support an existing strong product. Work closely with and nurture key relationships with Retailers in Australia and also APAC.
As a key industry influencer with Asia within the well being / food sector / health sector this is a role with high innovation and change and a process that will excite individuals who want to be part of a growing brand that puts integrity and people first.
This is a role with global reach for someone who enjoys the connectivity between cultures and taking a brand with potential and some success and turning it into a high value global business starting with Australia, China and the APAC region before taking it to a global platform.
This is a Shanghai based role with travel required.
