Commercial Enablement Lead Description Allergan Aesthetics is at the forefront of the Aesthetics Industry and is investing heavily to build high calibre teams of diverse professionals. Being part of the International Commercial team means you shape the strategy of and provide direction to the many regions and markets in which the organization operates. Within this framework, International Business Excellence is an exciting part of the international business responsible for the operations of the business. The team has responsibility over Sales Force Excellence (SFE), Account Management, Training & Capabilities and Pricing and works closely with the International Marketing team. Marlow UK, the Headquarters for the Allergan Aesthetics International Commercial Business, would preferably be the principle office for this role. As Commercial Enablement Lead you will be accountable for supporting our Commercial Excellence activities across our widely diverse markets. You will get exposure to our international and global leadership as an owner and face of Commercial Excellence strategy and implementation. The work will entail both high level strategic projects as well as support for day to day market needs and measurement of performance. Key responsibilities include: Be the expert on Sales Incentive Planning for the organization and our entire portfolio (facial and other brands) and represent the international position on these topics Evolve our SIP strategy to remain competitive and cutting edge Support setting the strategy for how we will evolve our resource allocation and how the role of the sales rep will change, especially in the context of innovative technology and digital engagement and considering entire customer pyramid Own the process by which markets manage their SIP and resource planning/S&T, including setting up a KPI framework and a review process to track development, ensure quality and provide regular and relevant support and guidance Support the SIP and resource allocation strategy of non-facial brands and also all customer segments in our pyramid Provide guidance and support for implementation of account management strategies Own reporting to our senior leadership on these topics Own and set the strategy for all solutions / tools and support that our markets need to successfully manage their SIP and S&T process Contribute to business process improvement by providing analytical support, data driven insights and recommendations, including: Evaluate and implement new tools and processes for SFE related activities that will help reduce the time spent on such activities, standardize the quality and automate reporting to international Identify and manage third party vendors where needed Review market SIP and S&T healthchecks and work together with markets to find optimal solutions; providing both analytical and qualitative support on SFE projects that will enable markets to make pro-active and robust business decisions Evaluate ideas and solutions for improving and innovating for our sales teams (including digital innovation / next best action etc…) Think critically and innovatively about what our operating model should look like in the future (cross functional effort across marketing, BT, digital etc.) Work closely with the following functions to support expert areas and be able to represent all Commercial Excellence topics as needed: International Strategic Marketing, Finance, Digital Customer Experience, CRM, Account Management Work very closely with rest of the Commercial Excellence team to produce an integrated plan and strategy across all SFE workstreams Represent International Business Excellence across the organization and ensure alignment with counterparts in the US and Abbvie (parent company) Qualifications Experience: Experience with field force management Proven experience in working on Segmentation & Targeting processes, Salesforce optimisation, Territory Design, Salesforce Incentive Planning Innovative thinking in how to optimize customer engagement with digital channels Significant experience in analytics and data driven analysis - demonstrated ability to assimilate insights from multiple sources and data sets to develop strategic actionable guidance Demonstrated interest and ability to improve business processes Excellent communicator with the interpersonal and consultative skills necessary to work and lead effectively across a diverse matrix team environment as well as very diverse markets Pro-active - creates solutions & takes the lead on initiatives Professional presence and presentation skills as well as confidence to liaise directly with senior leadership Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk and ambiguity and act decidedly with incomplete or imperfect information Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience of Microsoft Power BI would be preferable.
