You will have a genuine passion for STEM, however want to pursue a career specialising in the commercial side of business. You will possess a Masters degree in an Engineering or STEM subject. Chemical Engineering is ideal however all STEM degrees will be considered. (2:1 or above / or equivalent). You will have excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude and leadership potential. If you speak a second European language this would be a significant advantage too.
