The Role.
Manage team of analysts. Assist in engaging Marketing and Sales to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement key initiatives that drive competitive advantage and create a platform for flawless execution in the commercial organization. Manage high impact projects and initiatives to ensure strategic alignment, high quality, and timely deliverables.
Accountabilities:
Manage team of analysts that enhance and support operation of the sales force
Responsibilities may include fleet operations, incentives/quotas, targeting/alignments, meetings/conventions, sample administration, targeting/alignment, or visitors speaking bureau.
Manage strategic projects resulting in improved sales force productivity
Provide performance data to sales leadership
Maintain knowledge of current industry trends
