Job Description

Sales Enablement Responsibilities

  • Drive the ongoing enhancement, reinforcement and application of sales processes such as pipeline management, key account mgt, Account planning, Channel mgt to drive profitable growth.

  • Identify and execute Commercial Team Efficiency + Productivity Initiatives. 

  • Reporting and Analysis of individual and team selling productivity (i.e. Pipeline Health + Win/Loss Analysis)

  • Supporting development and implementation of technology to drive efficiency and productivity of selling processes/activities.

  • Identify and implement initiatives that drive the effortless customer experience.

  • Alignment with Marketing in developing effective commercial content and it’s delivery/training for Sales Org.

Salesforce System Responsibilities: 

  • Optimization of Strategic and tactical use of SFDC.  

  • Business Application Development & Support of SFDC. 

  • Facilitate adoption, including ongoing user requirements and development projects.

  • Liaison with IT in identifying and resolving problems. 

  • Develop analysis to measure the trends, efficiencies, and effectiveness of account representatives' to improve resource allocation and utilization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above;

  • Fluent English and Chinese speaking ability

  • Has commercial experience of at least 5 years

  • Has had a selling role for at least 3 years (Sales Rep, BD or  Manager)

  • Has worked in a Sales Enablement / Operation role where the objectives are to drive productivity, efficiency and overall effectiveness of the Sales Organization.

  • Experience with CRM tools and ideally SFDC  and salesforce systems

Qualifications
