POSITION
Retail Sales & Operations:
- Provides accurate and relevant information and update to distributors: prices updates, delivery
- Track client's requests to ensure qualitative answer is provided
- Co-ordinate with operators' Inventory Supervisors to ensure monthly replenishment orders &
- Assist to update and consolidate operations reports (sell in, sell out)
- Forecasts and left overs follow up
- Provide accurate follow up of expenses: invoice processing with Singapore team, budget
Support new doors openings:
- Establish tester list, place orders, pack and dispatch testers
- Support Area Manager, Retail Managers / Retail Supervisor on new comers on boarding: Packing Grooming materials, Printing documents / acknowledgement for new comer and follow up, Preparing relevant product information
Assist Brand/Marketing & Merchandising Execution:
- To maintain a good brand image via service, Expert grooming, visual merchandising excellence at POS
- To implement & execute new launches' calendar meeting merchandising's objectives
- Prepare USB key launch and dispatch per Store
- Prepare new launch VM material and dispatch per Store
- Prepare/ request testers for new launch briefing
- Support all in-store and events execution and coordination
- Consolidate feedback report after each promotion event
Assist Hong Kong office team:
- Support T&E procedures (Trip request and bookings)
- To follow up of payment request for all Hong Kong office activities
- Maintain VMD, products, tester stocks and follow up
PROFILE
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player and at ease within multicultural environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills (IT and database management)
- Diligent with good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal communication skills
Profile:
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel
- Bachelor degree in business with sales operations experience
- Proficient in English & Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese)
- Position is based in Hong Kong
