R&R for the position:

• Revenue forecasting / actual analysis:
  • Work with Account managers to ensure IFS is utilized correctly for forecasting and actual reporting including updating system enhancements
  • Provide actual/forecast/budget revenue report per customer and program by for Region consolidation in compliance with division and group instructions and deadlines.
  • Analyzing, challenging and summarizing actual results per product and customer group.
  • Analyze volume forecasts and identify opportunity and risks to forecasts especially around key launches; support roll-on / roll-off / volume analysis for Earnings reporting
• Customer LTA controlling / tracking / accrual policy setting / accrual tracking / reporting / analysis:
  • Understand and report the pricing givebacks by customer
  • Track and drive achieve achievement of LTA% of sales.
  • Claims & recoveries – Work with each CBG / brand on claims and non-claims (eng. & obsolescence)
  • Commercial contract reviews to ensure proper accounting and compliance with SOX controls
    • Ensure no contracts contain a material right
  • Customer profitability analysis & reporting:

- Launch customer and program profitability reporting levering the data in VISPLAN and the new engineering project -level budget process.

• Work with FP&A team to ensure the data reliability in QAD, HFM, IFS and VISPLAN by program; compare the real financial performance with KPI in program target.

• Escalate and drive roadmap actions on programs not meeting corporate hurdles
• Company operating review support including performance of KPI’s
  • SG&A expense tracking / controlling / analysis / reporting.
  • AR aging / tracking / follow-up.
• Engineering finance analysis
• Liaison between company engineering finance organization and JV engineering organization;
• Serve as engineering finance lead for key financial events (monthly closes, forecasts, and budget development) along with associated performance reporting;
• Ensure engineering billing processes and associated accruals (if required) are performed correctly and accurately.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Finance or in Science or related fields

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 years or above relative work experience, automotive electronics industry
• Sufficient knowledge of accounting and financial management
• Sufficient knowledge of general process of program management and control
• Experience in industrial / process engineering, material processing, or product engineering, cost estimating related experience preferred
• PRC and US GAAP

• Fluent in both verbal and written English
