30% Commercial L/T and S/T Strategy Development and Provide Finance Leadership in Sales Function
1. Provide finance leadership in commercial long-term and short-term strategy development to support company target achievement.
2. Deeply involve in key commercial projects development and deployment to build up and optimize business model.
3. Deeply involve in commercial operations to provide finance leadership to deliver the annual business objectives.
4. Provide finance leadership and cooperate with Senior Sales Director and his direct reports on budgetary control and spending effectiveness.
5. Responsible for legal and internal control compliance in commercial departments.
25% Commercial Projects Financial Analysis and Decision-Making Support
1. Provide financial leadership in developing key commercial projects.
2. Provide decision making support to commercial leadership team by solid financial analysis. This would include evaluating and providing recommendations on the effectiveness of promotions and programs through a rigorous ROI analysis.
3. Provide leadership on commercial related IS system design and development.
4. Other ad hoc project and tasks.
25% Company Strategy Plan, Annual Plan, Business Outlook and IBM Process
1. Work closely with FP&A team on developing company’s Strategic Plan (3-5 years), Annual Business Plan, Monthly Outlook and Quarterly Business Updates.
2. Proactively participate in the monthly Integrated Business Management Process, monthly closing, financial performance review, variance analysis, ad-hoc reporting requirements and presentations. Ensure achievement of aligned forecast accuracy in responsible areas.
20% Build and Develop Commercial Finance Team’s Capability
1. Provide leadership in commercial finance team’s objective setting, review and evaluation.
2. Provide leadership in commercial finance team’s career development and capability building.
3. Provide coaching and training to the team during daily work.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
§ He/She should also be proficient in MS Office applications with advanced skill particularly in spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint), and essentially familiar with SAP operating and reporting environment.
§ This position also needs to be knowledgeable in Economics, IS, Legal, Tax and Internal Control areas. Solid track record of project management, feasibility study and problem solving ability is expected.

§ He/she must demonstrate the right behavior and strong commitment to achieve stretch goals/results under tight deadline and high complexity.
§ The incumbent must be a team player with good communication skill in both English and Chinese with senior management and peer groups, as well as coaching skill to build trust and collaboration with sub-ordinates.
§ Teamwork and interpersonal skills are needed on top of strong planning and analytical skill, and the ability to think and act independently and strategically will be critical.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: § The incumbent should be a qualified accountant with university degree major in finance/accounting or relevant discipline,and preferably with a higher qualification (MBA) in finance related or business management discipline, or with professional qualification such as CICPA, ICCA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent qualifications.
Experience: § He/She should possess over 10-year working experience in accounting and finance, within which at minimum 5 years’ experience in: a) commercial finance support; b) project management with ROI analysis; and c) planning, reporting and analysis areas; holding a senior supervisory position preferably with multinational FMCG companies in China.
