About The Role:
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Business Partner, the Technology Finance function seeks a Commercial Finance Analyst with effective communication, analytical abilities and strong Excel skills. As a member of the Commercial finance team the role will be working with Commercial Finance Business Partners to report on financial results and advise on corrective actions, with progression into business partnering.

Responsibilities: 
* Monthly reporting and analysis of Language & Content Technology Division’s results
* Consolidation of the monthly forecasts identifying the risks and opportunities against targets
* Building strong relationships across the Finance Team and wider business
* Preparation of the monthly management reports to support business decisions
* Preparation of monthly variance analysis for management review
* Reviewing material deals and ensuring revenue is recognised in accordance to IFRS15
* Developing new KPI’s and reporting tools to aid the business in decision making
* Support the Commercial Finance Business Partner in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting in accordance with the group time lines
* Provide Ad hoc assistance

Requirements:
* Studying towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CA
* Degree or Equivalent 
* Good understanding of accounting principles, particularly IFRS15
* Strong Excel & analytical skills
* Demonstrable experience working well under pressure to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and focus
* Able to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues in an engaging way
* Highly resourceful with a willingness to get involved and roll-up sleeves to get a job done
* Effective communication skills
* Team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required
* Preferably has experience in a Technology (SaaS) business 
* Interested in fast moving technology or service businesses beneficial
* Strong ambition and personal development focus
