Be responsible for the wholesaler management, such as agreement negotiation, channel business policy execution, margin accounting, channel compensation, management of the inventory and logistics, so as to support the development of Biogen China business.

Continuously develop strategic partnership with wholesalers and fully support commercial management and operation.

Coordinate with the cross functional team to ensure the accurate operation of the company's data system.

Support Commercial Management Strategy Lead to optimize distribution efficiency and value chain management.

Be responsible for the linkage of regional commercial teams and retail teams to promote channel operation.

Work with distributors and retailers to improve our coverage and accessibility.

Bachelor’s Degree Required

5+years in Healthcare related business in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in commercial management/operation management

Thorough understanding of Public Healthcare System preferably China

Experience and proven success in working with cross-functional teams

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability

Creative for the problem solving

Strong communication and presentation skills and leadership

Strong team player with a “Can do” and “Never give up” mentality

Local territory language knowledge a must; proficiency in English is preferred
