As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for optimizing commercial Process as Order to Cash (O2C) process owner, leading the team to achieve OR/Rev/OCF/Overdue target, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will coordinate with teams to push Original Bill of Lading (OBL) delivery, control commercial risk and support controllers for team management.

Your responsibilities

• Optimizing order handling process to improve commercial productivity, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating teams to achieve OR/Rev target
• Improving cash in estimation, do collection in efficiency way, following Accounts receivable (AR) escalation rule strictly AR reports analysis and action plans for Operating cash flow (OCF)/overdue target
• Following country credit TOA to manage customer credit well based on different customer class
• Optimizing commercial process and make good utilization of E-process to improve internal control efficiency and ensure all process compliance
• Ensuring O2C process well managed with teams
• Internal control for process to avoid any findings from IA and company compliance
• IA/External audit supervision to ensure the commercial management process comply with O2C
• Setting up Key Performance Indicator (KPI) with the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and Talent development

Your background

• 8 to 10 years of commercial or controlling experiences
• Sound knowledge on office software, including SAP/ EXCEL/PPT/PowerBI
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in international trade, economic related controlling experience is preferred
• Good communication skill and teamwork sense
• Strong Leadership role
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
