职位描述：

1.对项目的售前、售后支持，包括支持销售对潜在项目的投标工作，支持售后的项目验收工作；

2.负责协助销售一起完成新项目的合同谈判，包括合同条款的审核和合同风险的控制；

3.负责管理项目执行的商务工作，包括合同收款、合同索赔、合同变更和客户关系管理等工作；

4.负责协助商务同事和财务部完成项目成本预算和决算；

5.公司管理层和商务部经理安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，商务相关专业优先；

2.至少三年的类似商务工作经验，一年以上商务项目管理经验；

3.了解财务、税务、进出口贸易和项目管理等相关知识；

4.良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神；

5.英语流利；

6.能适应不定期的国内出差；

7.有SAP经验优先。

Job Description:

1. Support sales on bidding of potential projects and support after sales on project acceptance;

2. Take charge of contract negotiation together with sales, including contract terms check and contract risk management;

3. Take charge of commercial work of running project, including account receivables management, claim management, contract change and customer relationship management etc;

4. Take charge of assisting commercial colleagues and finance on project cost plan and finalization;

5. Other work arranged by Management and Commercial Department Manager.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above, major in commercial is preferred;

2. At least 3 years' experience with similar commercial work, at least one year’s experience with commercial project controlling;

3. Good understanding on related knowledge, such as finance, tax, import & export and project management etc;

4.Strong communication skills and good team player;

5.Fluent English;

6.Willing to take occasional business trips;

7. SAP experience is preferred.
