Responsibilities
1. Supervising and coordinating all administration, HR, accounting and controlling activities, as well as proper cash management.
2. Coordinating the development and monitoring of budgets, providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
3. Responsible for setting up and performing the finance and accounting system, regulation and method
4. The daily finance managing and cost control, overall budget management, strictly control the finance auditing and revenue expenditure, prepare analysis of cost control and cost plan
5. Ensure timely tax reporting according to the tax law and other financial statutory regulations
6. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place, and ensure compliance with Chinese GAAP and all applicable laws and rules for financial & tax reporting
7. Regular reporting to the parent company in Germany
- Preparation of monthly reports required by parent company
- Providing data for the quarterly reporting (German GAAP)

Qualifications/Skills
1. Minimum Bachelor degree, major in business, accounting
2. Several years working experience in similar position or coming from the 2nd line. Familiar with accounting operation and process, familiar with financial law and regulations, and tax regulations, know cash flow analysis well, have ability with financial planning.
3. Good personality, good team player, motivating her/his team, work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Language:
1. English language fluent in written and spoken.
2. Native language doesn´t matter.
3. German language ability could be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
