Position Description: Overview: The Commercial Marketing Director is a key player in driving marketing efforts to acquire and retain customers in NA. This position oversees a team of marketing professions and works closely with our North American business management leadership to understand business priorities and define marketing objectives and strategies. The Commercial Marketing Leader oversees the development and execution of the commercial marketing plan to achieve those objectives and drive overall segment growth. Responsibilities Include: •Define the overall segment go-to-market strategy and plan for the Commercial Marketing team across Large Enterprise, Public Sector, and SMB segments •Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, responsible for marketing strategy and execution within NA •Partner with the Executive Leadership team, including Business Management, Product Management, Sales, and WW Marketing to understand each groups’ respective objectives and priorities, and to ensure NA programs are appropriately aligned •Align with North America eCommerce and Channel Marketing teams to uphold a customer-centric strategy and deliver seamless customer experience •Represent NA priorities in WW marketing conversations and partner together to build integrated and effective campaign strategies •Own, plan, and manage the quarterly budget, expanding joint funding opportunities with key alliance partners •Establish segment messaging priorities and partner with PR/Comms team to best execute •Determine marketing KPIs, set appropriate targets, and manage cadences to monitor success, optimize effectiveness, and communicate learnings and results with key stakeholders #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field •8-10 years of B2B Marketing experience; tech experience a plus •Demonstrated ability to think creatively •Extensive experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns •Experience developing content and sales enablement across the buying cycle from initial engagement to purchase •Direct experience executing key go-to-market field tactics such as sales enablement creation, channel co-marketing programs, promotions, sales training, etc. •Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail •Previous budget management experience required •Previous personnel management experience required •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management •Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers •Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time •Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
