To drive marketing and product strategy and growth for South region including Public (L32/PCB) & Private market. This includes detailed analysis of the business, industry and competitor trends. Match GE healthcare solutions and products, with anticipated customer needs to identify market opportunities. Lead marketing campaigns in the development and execution of strategic plans.

Essential Responsibilities:
Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.
- Perform detailed analysis of the business area, including business, industry and competitor trends. Identify customer needs and investigate both existing and potential market opportunities. Support marketing director to drive strategy and marketing campaigns execution to reach prospective customers for branding promotion and demand generation, including development of lead generation programs, implementation, campaign and KPI reporting with demonstrated ROI.
- Understand overall brand strategies of marketing and regional annual/quarterly promoting plan. Determine the strategic priority of all programs and the budget allocation thereof. Oversee and maintain the use of digital marketing tools to strengthen information sharing, community building, and engagement internally and externally.
- Lead new market opportunities by synthesizing & analyzing data to understand future directions of industry and future customer needs; evaluate potential new business opportunities/partnerships to drive business goals, determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels; Redirect tactics based on analytics; Win Loss; market share; that enable development of new markets. Gather customer input to develop message and segment strategy.
- To lead key solutions consulting and enablement. Provide Marketing leadership and partner with the product team, and other internal departments in the development of solutions. Develop strong relationships with current and future regional KOLs
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Clear- thinking, creative, collaborative, supportive, and ability to establish and maintain a leadership role
- Detailed project management experience within complex projects, and ability to be extremely focused and organized
- High level of capability and experience in delivering results in a rapidly changing and intense environment
- Ability to craft and execute value-based messages for the market
- Up-to-date understanding of digital marketing concepts, practices, programs, online marketing strategy
- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience in healthcare industry marketing role, MNC preferred
- Fast learner, Proactive, energetic and customer-oriented
- Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen
- Experience at Marketing communications and promotions.
- Open-minded, good team communication skill and capable to drive leadership conversation
- 50% Domestic travel is required
- Experience working in a global highly matrixed organization
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) as well as Microsoft Office tools
