Job Description
Position Description:
■ About the organization and team
\- Managing SMB, Enterprise and Channel marketing activities for Lenovo group
in Vietnam
\- Developing marketing strategies, tactics and plans to elevate Lenovo
commercial branding and enhance thought leadership image in the B2B market.
\- Aligned with CAP Commercial Marketing Lead on driving ABM, leveraging
marketing automation tools to nurture leads and joint customer/BP events with
different partners to strengthen Lenovo present in key industry events.
■ Role
\- Drive the quarterly planning cycle, budget allocation, QBR to align with
CAP Commercial Marketing Lead, TW GM and TW segment leaders
\- Attend and participate in all MBR and provide marketing input and advice
\- Interlocking with AP segment marketing and function team to provide
necessary guidance, tools & assets to support the TW marketing execution.
\- Elaborate joint marketing approach with Alliance Partners (e.g. Microsoft,
Intel) at TW level.
\- Plan and execute key events for customers and business partners
\- Lead roll-out of all WW/AP strategic projects of commercial marketing in TW
\- Align with other functions (Customer Services, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)
to make marketing initiatives work and effective
■ Key Interaction with:
\- CAP Commercial Marketing Lead
\- AP & CAP Commercial marketing team
\- TW GM & TW Leadership team, including segment leaders for Commercial teams
\- Alliance partners (Microsoft, Google, Intel, AMD, Nvidia etc.)
■ Business Trip (Location, frequency):
<10% within Taiwan
■ Career Path:
CAP/AP Marketing
#### Position Requirements:
\- 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience in TW
\- In-depth knowledge and experience in latest marketing trends (at least 5
years)
\- 5+ years in digital and social media marketing
\- Self-Starter/Entrepreneurial
\- Basic knowledge and genuine interest on PC+ products (e.g. PC, Tablet)
\- Business level English skills
\- MS Excel and PowerPoint
\- High-level logical thinking, critical thinking
\- Practical, flexible and result oriented mindset (no silo, no bureaucracy)
