Job Description
Position Description: ■   About the organization and team • Head of CAP Commercial Marketing leads all marketing activities for Lenovo group in CAP (9 countries, HK, TW, KR, ID, PH, MY, TH, VN, SG.). S/he covers both Commercial and Consumer and • Managing a team of 9  in the fields of SMB, Enterprise and Channel marketing • Developing marketing strategies, tactics and plans to elevate Lenovo commercial branding and enhance thought leadership image in the B2B market. • Aligned with AP team on driving ABM, leveraging marketing automation tools to nurture leads and joint customer/BP events with different partners to strengthen Lenovo present in key industry events. ■   Role \- Drive the quarterly planning cycle, budget allocation, QBR to align with AP team, CAP GM and segment leaders \- Attend and participate in all MBR and provide marketing input and advice \- Interlocking with AP segment marketing and function team to provide necessary guidance, tools & assets to support the CAP marketing execution. \- Elaborate joint marketing approach with Alliance Partners (e.g. Microsoft, Intel) at CAP level. \- Plan and execute key events for customers and business partners \- Manage the CAP country marketing teams to provide guidance and support \- Lead all strategic projects roll out in CAP including Yoga/Legion/Think WW campaign \- Align with other functions (Customer Services, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to make marketing initiatives work and effective ■   Key Interaction with: \- AP Commercial marketing director and AP commercial marketing teams \- CAP GM & CAP Leadership team, including segment leaders for Commercial teams & country GM \- CAP Country Commercial Marketing team (ID, TH, MY, SG, VN, HK, TW, KR, PH) \- Alliance partners (Microsoft, Intel)  ■   Business Trip (Location, frequency): Quarterly, within CAP ■   Career Path: AP Marketing #### Position Requirements: \- 10-15 years of experience with managing team \- In-depth knowledge and experience in latest marketing trends (at least 5 years) \- 5+ years in digital and online marketing We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
