Scope of Duties:

• Provide customer services and routine account servicing, e.g. stakeholders liaison/coordination, regular engagement/meetings, performance review, service guide communication, invoicing and inquiries, customer survey, etc.
• Recommend marketing strategies that will maximize revenue and market penetration
• Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers to achieve revenue targets
• Formulate business cases, profitability analysis and recommendations to management for business development
• Prepare commercial proposal and response to sourcing activities e.g. RFI/RFQ/REP
• Conduct presentation, perform negotiation and draft contract
• Convey customer feedback and facilitate internal communications for service enhancement
• Attend international conference, convention, overseas customers meetings and events
• Support Manages in leading and developing the team
• Perform other commercial duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines. A degree in other disciplines but with equivalent related work experience may be considered
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in aviation industry or relevant department is preferred
• Good business and financial acumen
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of building business case and profitability analysis
• Experience in customer relationship building, negotiation and contracting knowledge would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
• Proactive, mature, approachable and result-oriented attitude
• Excellent command of English (both spoken & written) and Putonghua proficiency will be in advantage
