Scope of Duties:

• Build and maintain relationship with customers
• Monitor repair orders and provide customer support
• Collect and compile data, information for reporting
• Contract management, coordinate the communication between internal and external customers
• Monitor and follow up customer requests
• Provide administration support
• Perform other relevant duties and undertake other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• A recognized Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Analytical, energetic and proactive
• Sound knowledge in using MS office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
