Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of tenders, quotations, specification, test and progress reports etc.
• Handle post-contract services including works measurement, interim and final accounts preparation and contractual claims settlement
• Provide site administrative support and assistance to Commercial Manager
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building studies or related discipline
• 4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in construction field and QS area
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
• Holding a valid driving license an advantage
• Immediate availability preferred
