1. Design & Develop SMART supply chain system to understand business and provide insight to commerical

2. Manage DMS/BI/IWIN system to make sure data accuracy and meeting business requirements

3. Develop monthly/weekly/daily commercial report and make an analysis to improve business healthy

4. Data accuracy check and on-site check with commercials

5. Develop and coach direct reports, ensuring PDP/PDG discussions are conducted on time. Make recommendations for inclusion in talent programmes and succession plans as appropriate

6. Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
