The Analyst on the Commercial Operations Department has the responsibility of the resolution and troubleshooting of the different operational issues that requires day to day routine processing for tasks related to the Channel Operations (CHOPs) and/or Commercial Contracts Processes. This person will have an important interaction with different groups to complete their tasks as well as an impact on important Financial and Operational processes. The Department Analyst will be responsible for performing and driving analysis and supporting decisions for several tasks under their scope. The analyst will be a main contact within the team thru mid and high-level managers depending on the situation using different means of communication. This position is expected to drive improvement on the processes as well as efficiencies.
