As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will lead our commercial operations team which includes pricing, business reporting, and Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) functions. You’ll drive coordination and continuous improvement across commercial operations functions to support business needs. In this role, you will: Manage a team to drive commercial operations execution and optimize processes across the various functions, pricing, business reporting, and SIOP. Lead pricing function for the business including pricing strategies, contract support, and price actions for the business. Utilize input from marketing, sales, industry groups, VOC, and industry reports to drive the pricing strategy for the business. Manage and optimize pricing support functions and structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness aligned with the needs of our customers and commercial teams. Manage and provide high level strategy for SIOP function. Directly responsible for execution and of the SIOP cycle, inventory, and leading analytic activities tied to critical business decisions. Integrate demand data with inventory and supply data to support optimize customer delivery and inventory levels. Work closely with manufacturing locations to ensure production plan is in line with the demand plan. Assist in identifying gaps in the weekly production schedules as compared to forecasted supply need and work with teams to mitigate gaps. Manage team of business reporting specialists to provide information critical to managing the business. Driving and building an analytical culture and improving processes through automation and interaction with broader Eaton businesses. Work with various functions to support business needs including finance, sales, product management and executive reviews. Conduct analysis of sales data and coordinate the accumulation of sales forecasts through customer and sales/marketing interaction. Position will manage mangers and work to drive development of team competencies, skill sets, and build an organization driven by analytics. Work with Eaton corporate and other functions to optimize support structure. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum of three (3) years of prior management experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), pricing, and/or business reporting No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Ellisville, MO will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
