Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In line with the affiliate’s sales force effectiveness (SFE) and marketing effectiveness strategy you will be responsible for:

  • Recommending and enabling optimal commercial field structure and deployment based on brand / customer segmentation & strategic direction

  • Monitoring cross-organisational sales and marketing effectiveness to identify areas of best practice and areas for improvement 

  • Ensuring Amgen’s commercial systems are efficient and enable sales teams to operate effectively

  • Ensuring Sales Incentive structure, pay outs and sales target contributions and associated documentation are in line with business priorities and compliance policies.

The flexible, hardworking professional we seek is real, bold and curious with demonstrable experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical sales/commercial operations including call planning, SFE analysis, segmentation and targeting, geographic territory alignments, sales force sizing and structures.  You will have:

  • A proven track record of driving improvements to sales productivity and effectiveness

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and business drivers in Australia

  • Experience in developing / optimizing customer relationship management systems

  • Experience in analysing pharmaceutical commercial data sources, trends and market dynamics and drawing actionable conclusions

  • Experience of working with Veeva platforms

  • Excellent project management capabilities and track record of implementing successful change management projects
