Your new role – challenging and future -oriented Take role within Bids and Projects under execution in preparation of commercial conditions of contracts with clients, consortium partners and suppliers, be part of respective negotiations and closely collaborate with contract & claim management Maintain conformity of a project with commercial rules, standards, related laws, and tax regulations Classify and control project costs, execute cost analysis with Project Manager. Ensure the accuracy of project books and records and keeping our systems updated, e.g. SAP and ensure compliance with Group Financial Reporting Guidelines. Manage all project risks and opportunities of the project. Ensure proper reporting of claims and opportunity management of the project, controlling Administrate guarantees, bonds and accounting documents. Manage and report project financial results towards the local management Optimize operating working capital throughout the project lifecycle to ensure positive free cash flow.
