This role will oversee the execution of commercial projects in both the print and digital platforms of HK Tatler, ensuring that they are carried out in an organised and timely manner, and delivered on deadline.  This caliber should also be responsible on all the commercial reports, pipeline reports and campaign operation.

Upon confirmation of a deal, she/he will be the point of contact, coordinating between departments including Commercial, Editorial—Print and Digital,  Creative and Photography. This person will determine the departments/individuals that/who need to be involved, and will be in charge in establishing a timeline that’s amenable to all parties, including clients and internal departments. When a timeline and agreement have been made, it is the responsibility of this person to ensure that deadlines are met.

More specific tasks include:

1. Check with sales account holders that materials are complete and brief is clear.
2. Ensure that print and digital advertorials are managed.
3. Photographer, videographer, editor, freelancer or whomever must be involved is booked on agreed upon dates/ aware of filing deadlines.
4. Monitor campaign inventory for display media campaigns and manage the budget objectives
5.  including booking, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and analysis for both clients and internal use.
6. Weekly Sales Report to Finance Department.
7. Advertorial expense reporting and analysis 
8. Client list management, RSVP for event DMR Report

Requirements:

• Degree in BA or other disciplines.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in Commercial support, project management, and/or campaign operation.
• Result-driven, flexible with excellent communication skills and well organized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain good relationship with all internal departments and external parties.
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and data analysis.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
