The position is for a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months with the potential of extending by 3 months and is home based with a preference for the North East where the current team are located. What part will you play? • Assist in the smooth running of the Global Mobility Services (GMS) Accountancy service line in accordance with customer service level agreements and comply with both internal control requirements and external legal requirements. • Preparation of GMS monthly billing documents. • Liaison with GMS, Commercial and Central Billing teams to ensure invoices are raised timely and accurately. • Responsible for timely preparation and submission of annual legal payment requirements. • Close liaison with the Team Leader to ensure adequate cover for all team duties. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader from time to time. Use your skills to move the world forward. • Experience of working with the SAP ERP system • Interpersonal/communication skills including working with a virtual team. • Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office, SAP and other digital platforms We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
