Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contracting and bidding process to meet/exceed business cycle time requirements, thoroughly reviewing bid requests, contracts and purchase orders for terms and conditions and ensure reasonable and timely compliance.
- Prepare bid documents utilizing expertise from supporting teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare contracts terms & conditions, contract amendments in consultation with sales teams and other stakeholders.
- Support and prepare internal price calculations
- Support periodic reporting and performance presentations.
Qualifications
- Degree with at least 5 years of related experience in similar role
- Detail orientated and ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Exposure to analytical instrument industries advantageous
