Work content:

1) Responsible for the management of various business contracts of the company;

2) Responsible for the communication with supplier, agents and customers;

3) Responsible for the integration and management of company product information;

4) Coordinate issues related to internal and external business of the company according to the company's process and regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Refer to the company's standard contract terms, review the contract terms, and amend the contract terms according to special needs;

2) Regular, accurate and clear management of contract filing so that relevant parties of the company can inquire when needed and ensure that the contract execution process is smooth and accurate.

3) Continue to follow up on contract execution process to prevent cancellation of contract caused by human factors.

4) Responsible for the monthly account balance check and audit according to the payment terms of each business contract so that there are no delay or error. Work with the financial department to deal with accounts payable and receivable.

5) Carry out business cost analysis according to contracts, income and expenditure in order to maximize income profit.

6) Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Key Skills:

1) Full-time undergraduate degree or above with prior knowledge of business operations, data processing, and market analysis;

2) Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite, especially in Excel operations;

3) Possess meticulous, patient, serious, responsible working attitude; maintain clear digital concept and rigorous logical thinking;

4) Good customer service awareness and strong sense of teamwork;

5) Candidates with background knowledge of communication industry and are familiar with telecommunications products are preferred;

6) Possess certain financial and legal knowledge;

7) Good Chinese and English expression skills;

8) Candidates with previous working experience in top 500 companies are preferred.
