What you’ll do

As Commercial Strategy Manager you will  manage team of analysts. You will be responsible to act as CRM Lead (such as Veeva, etc), Non-Sales Analytics Lead, Lead for Customer profiling and segmentation & targeting, and lead for Digital commercial activities.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Manage team of analysts that enhance and support operation of the sales force

  • Responsibilities may include fleet operations, incentives/quotas, targeting/alignments, meetings/conventions, sample administration, targeting/alignment, or visitors speaking bureau.

  • Manage strategic projects resulting in improved sales force productivity

  • Provide performance data to sales leadership

  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends

Essential for the role

  • Apothecary Degree or Degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Science or relevant degree.

  • At least of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, commercial excellence, or sales force effectiveness.

  • Has related experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Desirable for the role

  • Drives Performance – holds others accountable to high standards and clarifies what needs to be done and the consequences for the individual and/or the organization

  • Works collaboratively – respects and integrates diverse views into decisions/proposals

  • Problem solving
