Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for whole set of documents checking and filing to make sure in compliance with ABB SOX requirements.
- Assisting in PMC/PM/Risk management for finding history information including order, payment, and contract information.
- Customer database management including new customer creation, customer extension and customer information change, SoX documents preparation.
- Being responsible for credit report history checking, new D&B Report purchasing and arranging corresponding payments also getting involved with other task assigned.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- Must have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent, experience with financial /commercial background preferred.
- Must be result oriented with focus on processes, demonstrating cross-cultural communication skills with strong attention on detail.
- Must have knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Must have skills like good team spirit, Accuracy, Persistency.
