It is a 12 month program that will provide a platform for imparting practical skills & experience in the areas of Commercial, Financial & Risk management. This program would allow you to experience & learn from various roles including, but not limited to Bid management, Contract management, Credit & collection management, Performance controlling. You will be rotated in various divisions of Healthcare to learn processes for Invivo & Invitro business covering Capital goods Equipment Sales, Service, regent business, Project Management & Performance controlling. Who can apply? Qualified B.COM / CWA graduates with < 3 years overall work experience, willing to relocate to Bengaluru. Guidance through the program You would be assigned a mentor who would guide you throughout the program. While your mentor would remain constant, You would work with various seasoned managers while undergoing different stints with the Finance team. Confirmation process Your performance & The values exhibited would be periodically evaluated on various parameters. Basis the Performance evaluation, you would be assigned a permanent role with the Finance team within 6 months of joining. Candidates are expected to be flexible in terms of location.
