Job Description
Responsibility:
- Responsible of the deployment of the sales trainings to store manager and team on selling skills, brand, story - telling and JWA collections
- Responsible to engage and develop store managers and team on commercial training topics ensuring continuous training to the sales advisors, Store Managers, Retail Managers on Selling skills aspects
- Work with store managers on KPIs / analysis and related action plans to increase sales results
- Develop and follow up action plans related to Mystery Shopping initiatives in coordination with CMDs, Retail Managers, Store Managers
- Accountable for co- ordination of training events to do in class and in store and deployed by the trainer or by external consultants (i.e. selling skills training) ensuring the local training organization with the support of local staff team
- Responsible for defining and inviting the right audience, the calendar of activities, setting the venue and all the aspects related to the locally executed trainings of local and international training programs
- Participation to the train the trainer sessions organized from corporate training dept.
- Responsible for the translation in local language and/or check of translation when appropriate
- Responsible for light local adaptation of the contents of the training released from corporate
- Ensure proper deployment of the training related materials
- Coordination with Local Merchandisers for action plans related to JWA collections, identifying the lines to push based on the assortment allocated in the stores and sharing the calendars
- Coordination with HR Department (Development and Training) for action plans related to Store Managers and sales staff on soft skills training
- Suggest improvements on training tools assisting store managers/sales force in identifying training needs and provide feedback to Corporate Training dept.
Requirement:
- Commercial or sales education & background with further education in sales training and coaching
- Fluent English
- At least 5 years’ experience in a sales training role, preferably for the luxury industry
- Expertise in selling skills for luxury products
- Expertise in coaching techniques
- Strong feedback, communication, training on the job and observation techniques
