Job Description
What are my responsibilities? To support contract in terms of contract bidding phases include clause evaluation, contract negotiation and bid bond processing. And be responsible for contract execution all phases in terms of contract creation in SAP, material preparation, delivery and billing release and so on, assets management from WIP and AR/AP controlling within reasonable level. To control cost comply with planning and make business report and forecast with monthly frequency or as required. To support Department Manager or Controlling regarding month end and year end process by checking order status and ensure financial target could be achieved. Other tasks assigned by line manager. What do I need to qualify for this job? 1-3 year related working experiences. Familiar with SAP SD/CD process, MS office e.g. excel/power point/word…, and knowledge of Accounting, Contract law.
