Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall management of technical, commercial, and economic bidding for the company's overseas projects, including bid scheduling, technical guidance, bid document review, issue coordination, etc.
2.Improve the standards for technical bids in overseas projects, applicable to landscaping businesses in residential, municipal, office, school, and factory building projects.
3.Thoroughly understand bid evaluation methods, be familiar with common overseas competitors, and conduct competitive analysis of our company's pricing.
4.Monitor the execution of each key in the public bidding projects of branch companies to minimize the risk of bid rejection.
5.Analyze the reasons for winning or losing public bidding projects, summarize experiences, organize training on public bidding processes and practical cases, and improve the company's public bidding-related systems.

Job Requirements：
1.Serve as a bidding manager for public bidding projects of local enterprises in the UAE.
2.Possess over 5 years of experience in public bidding project management and team leadership, with a strong understanding of the overseas public bidding market, bidding processes, and landscaping quotas and pricing standards.
3.Familiar with common competitors and their bidding strategies, able to provide reference suggestions for company decision-making.
4.Strong coordination, communication, execution, and innovation skills, capable of leading a team to overcome challenges.
5.Preferably 40 years old or younger, with a strong sense of service orientation.
