Your Tasks and Responsibilities: • Review and approve order calculation for booking. • Be a Commercial partner to the Head of Diagnostics business in Egypt. • Commercial and legal contract review • Requests maintenance of customer master data • Performs customer credit check • Clarification of export control check issues • Generates order confirmations for equipment, accessories & spare parts. • Generation of guaranties • Creates, completes, and executes the SD contract in the ERP (SAP) system • Generates down payment requests • Places purchase orders (internal / external) and checks 3rd party order confirmations • Monitoring of order costs and processing of nonconformance costs (w/ respective escalation) • Check and approval of third-party invoices • Execution of invoicing for equipment, accessories & spare parts (based on agreed payment conditions in sales contract) • Issuing of credit notes for equipment, accessories & spare parts- if required • Maintains “Start date” for RCO business (based on handover protocol) • Performance of contract compliance and efficiency review of CRP/ CPT budget • Check of warranty conditions • Completion of relevant documents • Conduction of price adjustment (increase) process and related activities • Contract modification and renewal • Archiving, and if necessary, cancellation of maintenance contracts Your Qualifications and Experience The candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in finance with minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role Previous Experience in Healthcare industry is a must Good management, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills are necessary to motivate and provide direction to the team Excellent English speaking is mandatory GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
