Job Duties:

• Complete sample evaluation reports for each style

• Organize commercialization and sample evaluation schedule with team and vendors

• Communicate sample reports to vendors and within the team

• Manage timeline to ensure timely approval of samples in preparation for production

• Support and assist the commercialization manager in day-to-day operation to ensure a smooth approval process of the technical development handover to production.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above.

• At least 5 years' experience in footwear PD & commercialization

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Experienced in buying office or trading company preferred.

• Expected to work in both company office and factory office to review samples.
