What you will be doing:

• Food preparation and baking, plating and presentation for our restaurant buffets, banquets and special functions on time as per quality and quantity standards.
• Pastry - Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies for the Pastry-Kitchen

Your experience and skills include:

• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interest.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Minimum of two years' experience in same or similar position.
