Our Hotel

Novotel Ibis Melbourne Central is a 472 room dual hotel complex incorporating two Food and Beverage outlets; Pretty Boy Steakhouse, Floyds Bar and three event spaces. The hotel is right in the heart of Melbourne CBD next to Hardware Lane and a short stroll to Melbourne Central.

Method

• Use your excellent culinary expertise to prepare and serve large quantities of food in short periods of time, maintaining high quality standards.
• Add your creativity and flair.
• Constantly stir in your teamwork skills, developing, collaborating and working together with your team.
• Finish with a swig of attention to detail and a focus on delivering consistently high-quality food under pressure.

In order to be successful for this role, you are trade qualified and have previous experience in a similar role or environment. You are available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
