Commis Chef (Part time)

We are currently seeking Part Time Commis Chefs to join our culinary brigade in breakfast buffet, a la carte and bistro. The successful applicants will have relevant trade qualifications, thrive working in a fast-paced environment, be creative, have a positive upbeat attitude and be passionate about food and luxury guest service.

Commis Chef – Bistro Jacque (Part time)

Bistro Jacque is a welcoming gastro pub located above Central Station in the hotel’s lower lobby. In this role you will prepare casual lunches and dinners, bar snacks and other a la carte offerings.

Work hours are Monday to Friday only between 10AM to 9PM.

Commis Chef – Breakfast (Part time)

In this role you will produce breakfast menu items for our signature buffet and a la carte dining in Suzette Restaurant.

This involves early starts with shift times from 4AM to 12PM.
