Job Description
Job Responsibilities工作職責:
- Prepare food in accordance with portion, ingredient and quality standards specified in recipes
- 依照製作表,份量和質量烹調食品
- Responsible to manage the food stock
- 負責跟進及管理食物儲備
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
- 與上級交流有關客人或內部客戶的意見以及其它相關信息
- Responsible for assisting food quality and appearance, maintain the cleanliness of kitchen facilities and equipment.
- 負責協助食品的品質和外觀,保持廚房設施和設備清潔
- Responsible to follow-up the quality of the food, standard of hygiene and safety and its accuracy.
- 負責跟進食品之質素,安全衛生和準確度
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
- 執行被分派之相關任務和特殊項目
Job Requirements工作要求:
- 2-3 years’ experience in western kitchen or an equivalent working experience, Preferably in related kitchen is an advantage
- 具有2-3年西式廚房之經驗,或與此相關工作經驗,有相關酒店廚房經驗者優先考慮
- Holder of Hygiene Certificate or equivalent Certificate
- 具有衛生督導經理証書或與此相關証書
- Able to speak, read and write simple English.
- 具有講,讀和寫簡單英語能力
