We have 132 bedrooms within the hotel, and a Bar & Restaurant. 

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Your job role will include :

Commis Chef/ Kitchen Porter

Flexible working paten required. 

What you will be doing:

·Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.

·Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.

·Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy

·Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.

·Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors

Work Experience:

Hospitality experience is not a must, but a desire
 

• Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded

• Good listening skills and ability to anticipate

• Good presentation and confident speaking skills 

• Dynamic

• Fluent in the local language; business English
