Job Description
  • Preparing ingredients for sandwich and other cold dish production 
  • Work independently on sandwich making and other hot/ cold dishes for OEM Customers
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and keep kitchen clean & tidy at all times 
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in western kitchen, previous sandwich/ cold section experience preferable
  • 6 days work (Sunday off)
  • 協助食材處理及製作三文治
  • 支援廚房的日常運作及相關預備食庫存管理
  • 保持廚房環境清潔
  • 至少擁有1年有西廚工作經驗, 三文治製作或相關冷盤經驗優先
  • 六天工作 (星期日休息)
