- Stock up the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients
- Maintain quality and consistency levels of production and presentation of pastry products, as directed.
- Follow recipes and brand standards in the preparation of pastries and desserts, maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage
- Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them
- Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
