Job Description
  • Stock up the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients
  • Maintain quality and consistency levels of production and presentation of pastry products, as directed.
  • Follow recipes and brand standards in the preparation of pastries and desserts, maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage
  • Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them
  • Maintain food hygiene in accordance with legislative standards


Work Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team 
  • Self-motivated and energetic
