BEUMER Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. located in Qingpu Shanghai and BEUMER Group Hong Kong Co., Ltd. located in HKSAR are two legal entities of BEUMER Group in China.

- Check the circuit diagram regarding the function of the machine.

- Modify standard program for machine function.

- Check the electrical installation, Test the function of machine and equipment.

- Keep filing the conducted changes, create detailed report and report to the responsible person.

- Organize the work during the commissioning of the machines.

- Take over the responsibility, such as organize and implement of a safe operation as well as ensure the order, neatness, and safety of the work area.

- Deal with the problem during commissioning ( program changing,mechanical part changing, move material and so on)

- Carry out the performance acceptance test.

- Prepare the required documents for service assignments and ensure proper information backflow after the service on site to BEUMER.

- Provide support during the inspection, maintenance and reparation of the machines and equipment and coordinate with external activities.

- Be responsible for submitting the assignment report on time.

- Provide systematic consulting service, advice or support.

- College Degree or above, Major: Mechatronics or automation or related major 

- Min. 3 years related experience in PLC programming and commissioning (Siemens (S7 TIA)/Rockwell/Codesys).

- Servo system application &commissioning knowledge (ELAU Schneider).

- programming skills in STL， SCL，function plan.

- Structured thinking and problem solving oriented approach.

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently and work under pressure.

- Hard working and quick learning ability

Positive Experience with troubleshooting on machines (software and Hardware)

- Good written and spoken English

- Familiar with the theory of automation system

- Solid knowledge in both hardware and software of Siemens, Rockwell or Schneider

- Familiar with using normal tools(hand-operated tools, cutting machine, drilling machine…)

- Can work on 5 m height area with safety belt
