Main Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Supervise commissioning on-site, including pre-commmssioning from power on after completion of installatoin, commissioning including functional and flow capacity and low level control integration including area and SCADA.
• Derive detailed commissioning plan for the project as well as relevant sub-projects and synchronize the commisioning plan with overall integration plan.
• Manage commissionoing resources, which comprises of commissioning engineers, PLC engineers, SCADA engineers and IT engineers to ensure the agreed sequence is met with quality, time and cost.
• Report to Site Manager on the commissioning scope on regular basis.
• Manage relevant tests on-site via different test management tools.
• Coordinate in-house change management tools.
• Manage, submit and archieve relevant reports for commissioning scope and control relevant document flow on-site during the commissioning period.
• Take over from internal installation team after verifying readiness of mechanical, electrical and IT installations which fulfil expected quality.
• Handover to integration team according to relevant requirements. Closely coordinate with integration team for next level of tests.
• Act as single point of contact towards client for commissioning part.
• Coordinate relevant interfacing parties to carry out necessary commissioning tests.
• Support integration team for plant integration tests and customer acceptance tests.
• Establishes and maintain good workshop relationship with internal and external parties. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor in Controls and Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Chinese language.
• 5-8 years of commissioning experience in Baggage Handling System and/or Material Handling System.
• Advance knowledge in controls components, including Siemens S7 PLC.
• Advance knowledge of Baggage Handling System and Material Handling Systems.
• Advance knowledge in test strategies and test methods.
• Basic knowldege of electrical installations, IT network design and field wiring.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all level of staff from different countries.
• Willing to travel.
