For our Regional Solutions and Services (RSS) Business Unit in Istanbul, we are looking for a Commissioning Professional who will drive customer satisfaction, execute commissioning activities, follow up projects and support service customers. Will ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while quickly resolving customer complaints. Scope of work in one or more of the following disciplines: Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Gas Detection and Extinguishing Systems services, HVAC Building Automation Systems. What are my responsibilities? • Perform technical site service activities (programming, testing, commissioning, validation processes, fault intervention/elimination, modifications, updates and customer training etc.), • Understand customer needs and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions, • Create service sales opportunities (service and maintenance contracts, spare parts, modernization etc.) at customer sites, • Attend Project handover meetings to gain knowledge of the sales estimate and project scope. Analyze Project plans, specifications, and contract details to determine system requirements, • Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the Project and Planning team. Identify and report time-sensitive installation needs, • Supply creative feedbacks to increase the quality of service operations and processes, • Focus on learning & development in technical and application field for better service quality, • Follow up technical developments and implement new business methods, • Prepare periodical commissioning reports, • Act as technical resource to customers and other field employees, • Coordinate and manage the work with subcontractors. What do I need to qualify for this role? • Bachelor’s / Vocational / Highschool degree in electrical or related technical fields, • Operational experience in field service activities, • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fire Safety & Security and/or Building Automation Systems, • Able to read/interpret technical documentation & drawings, • No restrictions for occasional travelling and long time stay within Turkey and abroad, • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, • Strong dispute resolution skill and interpersonal skill to isolate problems, • Demonstrate passion for service, • Ability to handle pressure, • Confident in handling MS Office365 applications, • Driving License is required, • Fluent in English is a plus.
